“ This place is amazing. My family and I are die hard Asian food lovers. When it comes to the cuisine, Rice Express never ceases to amaze us. The food is cooked fresh and there is no long wait time. The personal service is impeccable and they definitely aim to ensure that your dining experience is memorable. The only suggestion that I offer is improvement be on the egg rolls as they are a tad mushy to the palate. Also the walnut chicken has a tad bit too much mayo in its texture and taste. While Im already a rarely periodic consumer of egg and meat chicken and fish products, the taste of the mayo is overwhelmingly noticeable. Im not sure if this is a regular ingredient or a substitute, its something we wont order in the future for that reason. We are slowly navigating our way through the entire menu to at least try all of the foods that we definitely enjoy and eat no pork, beef and some other meats and foods. Except for the egg rolls and walnut chicken which is not totally unappetizing we have been majorly impressed with the food, the service and the hospitality. It truly is a well kept secret of the FolsomEDH border. ”

I cant believe such a great Chinese restaurant exists in a small city so far from the Bay Area! Their Taiwanesestyle Beef Noodle Soup is a musttryits incredibly close to the authentic taste I remember from Taiwan. If youre in Folsom, youve got to give this place a try! ”
“ So glad our family came across this restaurant on a hot day after visiting Folsom lake which is across the street. First thing I encountered was a super nice attentive, conversational young girl she asked how our day is going, offering us iced water, and candy lollipops for my daughter she truly made us feel welcome. I wish many people could have those same manners and kindness towards their clients we came back solely because of her then Today marks our fourth time thats why I decided to leave a review. I made a phone call order and the guy sorry I didnt ask their names also offered me great service. The food is always tasty and clean. I dont mind driving farther away for our Chinese food cravings. ”
